The hotel had a colonial charm and had great views of the city. My room was spacious with a lawn area. The staff was friendly and always willing to help me with any problems. Breakfast was simple but sufficient.
Nothing, all was good.

Great stay
The city break I had was fantastic, and I happened to choose the perfect hotel for my stay. The hotel is located in a quiet area, which provided the ideal atmosphere for me to relax. every staff member went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, which was quite impressive. The room was well-kept, and the bed was cozy, offering a peaceful night's sleep. the breakfast spread was sumptuous, and I loved the fresh fruit juice and the bacon provided.
That the gym could use some updating, as some of the equipment was not functional. the hotel was located a bit further from the city center, which made it a bit of a hassle to find places to eat or go shopping without transportation.

This hotel offers an interesting and warm experience far away from the market, on top of a hill, with stunning views. the rooms are comfortable with hot showers and king-sized beds. the service is exceptional, thanks to the passionate manager who delivers tea and serves breakfast with a smile. the food is delicious, and the cottage is located near the lake, offering a nice ambiance.
Some guests have experienced bad attitudes from the management and staff, who have failed to provide promised amenities such as free bottled water and toiletries.

The Tea Bush Hotel provided excellent service during our stay. The staff, especially Mr. Sam, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. The breakfast was delicious and they catered to our preferences every day. We enjoyed spending time in the spacious garden, which was perfect for relaxing and playing with our child.
Room size was a bit small and the view from our room was not particularly impressive.
